Ordering Information

No, you do not need a Wine Rack account to place an order, you can check out as a guest. However, there are perks to creating an account, like taking advantage of our promo codes 

No worries, we got you! If you forgot your password, simply click on “forgot your password” and then provide us with the email associated to your account. You will then receive a link in your email, that will take you through the process to reset your password. 

We accept Canadian debit or Canadian credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. 

A bottle deposit fee is charged on all alcohol in Ontario, called the Ontario Deposit Return Program under the Liquor Control Act 

Glass bottles, plastic bottles (PET), Tetra Pak containers, bag-in-box: 
≤ 630mL: 10¢ 
> 630 mL: 20¢

Once your order is successfully placed you will receive a confirmation emailWhen the order has been packed and shipped via Canada Post or FedEx you will be sent an email with the tracking number. From here, you can look up your status at either Canada Post or Fedex for delivery status. 

Unfortunately, no. Once your order has been successfully placed and you have received a confirmation email, you are not able to make any changes. 

Shipping & Returns

Currently, we deliver within the province of Ontario only.   

Our shipping fees are determined by the size and weight of your package. Below is a rough approximation of fees based on number of bottles along with an estimated delivery time. Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to be processed and packed before it is shipped.

If it is a product that is currently carried in a Wine Rack store, it can be returned to your local store with the packing slip as a receiptIf it is a product that is online only and the correct product was shipped, the return shipping is at your costIf an incorrect product was shipped, we will send out the correct product on us! 

When the order has been packed and shipped via Canada Post or FedEx you will be sent an email with the tracking number. You can look up your status at either Canada Post or Fedex for delivery status. 

Due to the nature of the products, we sell, someone over the age of 19 needs to be present for the package to be deliveredIf there is no one available that is 19 or older, the package will be taken to the local Canada Post or FedEx outlet and a notice card will be left with instructions on where and when you can pick up your wine.

Products

Items marked with an online-only banner are only available for delivery via WineRack.com. They are not available in Wine Rack stores. 

If a product is out of stock online, you can sign-up to receive an email alert when the item is back in stock by using our “Notify me when back in stock” email field to receive an alert. If you do not wish to receive an email alert, you can check the WineRack.com website later to see if an item is back in stock or call your local Wine Rack store to check in-store availability. 

If you received a damaged product, please email customersupport@winerack.com and include a picture of the damaged item. We will send out a replacement to you right away. 

Promo Codes

Once you have selected the items you would like to purchase, please proceed to your cart and enter the promo code in the redemption field. Once you’ve entered the promo code and clicked “Apply,” your total will reflect the details of your offer. You must be signed in to a WineRack.com account to use a promo code.  

Only one promo code can be used per order. 

Yes, all promo codes have an expiration date. Please check the details of your offer for more information

  • The promo code has expired 
  • The promo code does not exist or is invalid 
  • The promo code was not entered correctly  
  • The promo code has already been used and has a limit of one use 
  • The promo code you are trying to use, cannot be combined with other promo codes 
  • Your order does not meet the minimum requirements to use the promo code
